Based in London, Luminance is an AI company founded by researchers from Cambridge University. Recognized on the Forbes AI 50 list in 2025, it is considered one of the leading AI systems in the world for automating legal document analysis.

Responsibilities include providing in-person support to clients, writing semantic and contextual definitions used in supervised machine learning systems, assisting with large language model (LLM) development and coding, building back-end system workflow mapping, and the management of sensitive documents.

Litigation Paralegal (NY)

Served as Litigation Assistant to Nicholas Goodman, of counsel to Hamilton Clarke, LLP, supporting his caseload across both his private practice and his role with the firm.

Responsibilities include: conducting legal research, managing discovery and e-discovery, and participating in client intake and background interviews. Analyzing case law and drafting contracts for high-profile clients featured on television and in other national media. Writing and editing motions, memoranda, and correspondence for New York supreme and federal court. Attending court hearings and preparing detailed hearing summaries.

Director, Production Operations (NY & LA)

Built and scaled BuzzFeed’s internal production and technical operations from the ground up, expanding the team from 3 to 57 across both coasts. Established physical infrastructure, including equipment management systems, and developed scalable workflows to support rapid digital content production. Acted as liaison to the Data Science team, leveraging predictive analytics and social performance metrics to inform content strategy, algorithmic optimization, and budget allocation for monetized media. Served as production lead for high-profile partnerships with Samsung, YouTube, Facebook Watch / Meta, and Amazon, managing cross-functional execution. Oversaw legal compliance across all production activities, including rights clearances, media licensing, vendor and talent contracts, location permits, and enforcement of child performer labor laws. Reported directly to the SVP of Digital Content, overseeing all aspects of digital strategy, content development, and short-form video production for the MSG umbrella, including the Billy Joel Franchise, New York Knicks, New York Rangers, LA Forum, and Radio City Music Hall. Played a key supporting role in the 2014 strategic partnerships with the Tribeca Film Festival and The Weinstein Company. Responsibilities included managing media rights, celebrity contracts, vendor negotiations, rights clearances, and location permits. Led writing, arranging, and conducting celebrity interviews with talent such as Carmelo Anthony, Henrik Lundqvist, A$AP Rocky, Michael B. Jordan, Spike Lee, Ozzy Osbourne, and The Avett Brothers, featured in Judd Apatow’s Will It Last for HBO. Built the first monetized content sales team “menu” for Fortune 500 partners including Chase and Delta. Created and produced the branded short-form docuseries in collaboration with Coca-Cola, MSG Entertainment, and The Azoff Company.

Led the creative brand strategy during Madison Square Garden’s $1 billion arena renovation, integrating architectural design with corporate partnership objectives to enhance the fan and sponsor experience. Collaborated closely with BBB Architects and Daktronics to implement innovative brand activations for marquee partners including Chase, Lexus, and Delta. Oversaw the development and production of executive presentations delivered to senior leadership such as Jim Dolan and Jamie Dimon, ensuring alignment of brand vision and business goals. Managed media rights clearance for archival content from the estates of Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, and John F. Kennedy, maintaining rigorous compliance with intellectual property law.
